What is Shantihi?
Shantihi (pronounced 'shanti-hee') is a form of high energy healing taught by Miranda Gray.
Miranda combines various Reiki and alternative healing techniques with her experience as a Reiki practitioner and alternative healer to create workshops which cover a wide range of techniques and energy working. She also offers meditation and energy activation exercises, traditional and additional symbols, and additional energy attunements to empower personal growth and development.
- Shantihi is a high vibrational form of 'Reiki' or Universal Energy.
Level 1 Shantihi workshop:
Level 1 is the introductory level and has no requirements. This makes it ideal for anyone to learn.
In the workshop you will be given an 'attunement' to the Shantihi energy. ‘Attunement’ is the word used to describe the process of opening the student up to the Reiki energy. It can be seen as opening the body’s energy centres to allow more of this energy to flow through them. Everyone already has access to Reiki in varying amounts; attunement simply opens everyone up to the same higher amount.
You will also be taught:
- A number of energy body activations to help you open up to the Shantihi energy
- How to sense energy blocks and remove them
- How to heal the body’s energy centres or ‘chakras’
- Your first symbol
- An additional energy attunement to help you ground and centre
- Exercises to use after the class
You will be given loads of practice and will receive healing from your co-students. You will also have a comprehensive manual to take home.
You will be taught everything you need to know about using Shantihi on yourself and on your friends and family. Once you start using Shantihi you will have it for life, and many people find it begins the start of a whole new way of life.

Level 2 Shantihi workshop:
Level 2 is traditionally the practitioner level, but many more people learn Shantihi for their own self-development and well-being. To do the level 2 workshop you will need to have received level 1 attunement in Shantihi or another form of Reiki.
In the workshop you will receive attunement to a higher level of Shantihi energy and will be taught how to use healing symbols. Traditional Reiki symbols are Japanese words used in meditation which have a particular energy vibration. Since the beginning of Reiki, many more symbols have developed through the different schools to help support healing and well being.
You will be taught:
- Symbols unique to Shantihi workshops and traditional Reiki symbols
- Symbols for enhancing symbols, healing emotions, opening the heart, cleansing and clearing, and for opening the brow and crown chakras
- When, where and how to use symbols
- Chanting with symbols
- Distant healing techniques
- Advanced meditations and activations
You will also have the opportunity to receive additional energy attunements.
You will be given plenty of practice and experience of giving and receiving the symbols. This is always a fun workshop!
At the end of the workshop you will be taught how to prepare yourself and a room to run a full healing session. You will also be given a comprehensive manual on how to run a healing session and practical advice on taking clients.

Level 3 Shantihi workshops:
Most traditional Reiki systems teach level 3, the Master level, as a single course including level 3 energy attunement and the attunement techniquess. These courses can be very expensive.
As many people wish to learn Shantihi for personal self-development and well being Miranda splits her Master level workshops into 3:
Level 3 Master energy one day workshops - includes attunement to the Master level energy and a number of other supporting energies.
Level 3 Teaching Master workshops - consists of three workshops where students are taught how to perform the level 1 attunement and to teach the level 1 class, and how to perform the level 2 attunement and teach the level 2 class.
The final workshop teaches how to teach Masters. There is no pressure to advance through the different levels. Most people know intuitively if and when they feel ready to take the next level and if they want to be a practitioner or teach. Some students are happy with simply doing level 1, others progress through the levels.

Additional energy attunements
As well as Shantihi Miranda offers a number of other energy attunements which are open to anyone with a level 1 Reiki attunement.

Chi attunement - This wonderful empowering energy is channeled by Angel ariel and it activates the base chakra, creating strong feelings of grounding, security and safety, and personal strength and courage. This attunement is FREE to all Shantihi students past and present, and to people with a level 1 Reiki attunement.
Solar Light attunement - This beautiful liquid gold energy is channeled by Angel Jophiel and it activates the solar plexus and heart chakras bringing warmth, inner sunlight and joy. It helps us to integrate energy changes and to clear mental confusion.
Shostra Light attunement - This high vibration energy opens up the gateway between the material and spiritual worlds filling our whole being with Light. This powerfully transformative energy brings feelings of deep inner peace and mental calm as it raises our vibration and opens our throat chakra and heart to our purpose in life. Angelic Lightbody activation - This attunement activates our energy 'wings'or lightbody so we can experience our energy wings reaching high above and below us, and cascading down our arms and fingers. A beautiful way to raise our vibration and wrapping someone in our energy wings is an intensley healing and loving experience.

You may take as many energy attunements as you feel guided to take. You cannot overload with these energies as they will integrate with you as and when you reach the ability to hold them.
